As part of our remembrance activities in school to commemorate 100 years since the First World War ended, all the children designed and created their own poppy cross and placed it in front our our remembrance flag.  The children also attended a special assembly and found out more about the use of poppies as an international symbol of remembrance. The assembly also highlighted the work of the Royal British Legion and their aim to support all service personnel past and present.
